About

This European project is based on the four years of experience of the Evert Vermeer Foundation (EVF) has in addressing incoherent policies to policy makers in the Netherlands. On our Dutch website we monitor the voting behaviour and parliamentary questions in the Dutch parliament on concrete incoherent policies.

The formula in the Netherlands proved to be so succesful that the project has been extended to the European level. With our strong coalition of non-governmental organisations that has united behind a joint mission we map out concrete incoherent EU policies using a strategy that has proven to be succesful in the Netherlands. After we identify new cases of incoherent policy, we monitor the behaviour of policy makers, especially members of European Parliament, to resolve these.

For people who cooperate with this project, it may be useful to take notice of our extended strategy paper, which you can download on the right.
